Helping with Prescriptions
Helps residents of Kosciusko County pay for medications and medical supplies at local pharmacies. If you have a prescription ready, but cannot afford the cost, contact us to see if we can help. Medication vouchers are made possible by the K21 Health Foundation.
The following is a list of the pharmacies that accept our vouchers. If you use a pharmacy that is not listed, you will have to transfer your script to a participating pharmacy before we could issue you a voucher.

- Genoa
- HomeTown (Zale’s)
- Kroger (Owen’s)
- Martin’s
- Walgreens
- Walmart
