Emergency Dental Assistance
Assisting with Emergency Dental Care and Expenses
The Pavilion Help Center partners with local dentist offices to provide emergency dental care to Kosciusko County residents. Individuals experiencing a dental emergency such as pain or swelling may come to our office between 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. Monday – Thursday to qualify. We will contact local participating dentists to get you scheduled.
To qualify for the program, you must bring:
- Proof of living address
- Proof of family income
- $10 Application fee (cash only)
To be eligible, you must:
- Be a Kosciusko County resident
- Show financial need.
- Have a dental emergency (pain or swelling)
Income documentation includes, but is not limited to:
- Most recent paycheck stub
- Child support docket
- Unemployment statement
- Social Security/Disability award letter or benefit statement
